Cyanotypes Workshop, May 2nd

On Wednesday May 2nd at 10.30 there will be a cyanotypes (‘sun-printing’) workshop with Linda Norris using keepsakes or small objects from the museum collection.

This event forms part of our series of craft workshops celebrating women’s history. The morning session therefore, is completely free of charge and participants will create ‘patches’ for our community quilt while rediscovering a traditional photographic technique.

For those who wish to create designs on fabric to take away, there is the option of staying until 4pm at a cost of £12 per person.

In both instances, booking is essential as spaces are limited. Please get in touch ([email protected] or 01834 860 500) for further information or if you would like to bring along personal keepsakes to include in your design.
